What should I know about baclofen before taking it?

If you take baclofen, you should avoid alcohol.

If you have impaired kidney function, baclofen may not be a good option for you.

If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or may be pregnant, baclofen may not be a good option for you. It is not known if it is safe for pregnant women.

You should not take baclofen if you are breastfeeding.
