Does teriflunomide interact with any other medications?

Donna Hill Howes, RN
Family Practitioner

If you are taking denosumab, teriflunomide may not be a good option for you.

If you are taking fingolimod, grazoprevir, natalizumab, pimecrolimus, tacrolimus, tofacitinib, or pazopanib, teriflunomide can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you are taking leflunomide, you should not take teriflunomide.

People taking teriflunomide should avoid receiving live vaccines.
