Does cisatracurium interact with other medications or food?

The effectiveness of cisatracurium may be reduced if you are taking carbamezapine, inhaled general anesthetics, phenytoin, or theophyllines. The following drugs may actually increase the side effects or actions of cisatracurium : clindamycin/lincomycin, ketamine, magnesium salts, polypeptide antibiotics, quinidine, quinine, trimethaphan, verapamil, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, bacitracin, polymyxins, colistin, sodium colistemethate, lithium, local anesthetics, and procainamide. There are no noted food interactions.
