Can multiple sclerosis lead to any other health issues?

There are some health issues you should be aware of if you or someone you know suffers from multiple sclerosis, or MS. While many people with MS go about life unaffected a majority of the time, it is possible to develop mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or mood swings. MS can affect your mobility by causing stiffness or paralysis, and it can also affect the functioning of your bladder, sexual organs, or digestive system. MS is even thought to cause epilepsy in some cases.
