Vegetables deliver a powerful potassium punch! Most people know a baked potato is a good source of potassium but there are many other veggie options. To boost your intake of potassium, add these high potassium veggies to your plate:

  • Baked potato
  • Beets
  • Brussels sprouts (cooked)
  • Lima beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach (cooked)
  • Tomato sauce
  • Winter squash
