Does chromium really work?

Chromium has been extensively studied for its possible benefits. Numerous studies have looked at its roll in blood sugar control in people with Type 2 diabetes. The results are inconclusive. Other studies have looked chromium improvement in patients with high cholesterol. These studies are also inconclusive. Claims that chromium can help speed weight loss or change you body composition of fat and lean tissue are based on poor studies. Chromium probably doesn't help with weight loss or improve body composition.
