What is the best way to take phosphorus?

Phosphorus supplements should be taken as directed on the label or by your doctor or pharmacist. The content of the powder packets should be dissolved in 75 mL. of water or juice before taking. The tablets should be taken with a full glass of water. The typical recommended dosage for adults is 700 milligrams per day. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. Never take two doses at once.
