What is emotional healing?

Emotional healing is anything that helps you to transcend the isolation you feel in your life because of unresolved anger, sadness, hurt, loss, fear or disappointment. To heal emotionally, you must bring the edges of the emotional wound together by taking intelligent steps towards processing the feelings that are creating your sense of isolation.
