Are there alternative treatments for mercury poisoning?

Scientific data does not seem to support the use of alternative treatments for mercury poisoning. Depending on the cause of the poisoning, standard treatments like oxygen, eye wash, or, possibly, chelation therapy may be used to reduce symptoms and/or remove the mercury itself. Talk to your doctor about the best course of treatment you should use if you are suffering from mercury poisoning.
