What is contemplation?

Contemplation is a long and thoughtful observation; a calm, lengthy, intent consideraton

Some women use a form of meditation called contemplation to help cultivate personal insight or desirable emotional states such as tolerance, loving kindness, peace, and serenity. In the stillness of meditation, you can pose a question and wait for an answer to come to you. If you are stressed or angry, you can contemplate a positive emotion such as forgiveness, gratitude, or acceptance.
