Everything.  Once you learn to love yourself more, it will call in more of the same. Try this for one week starting today… each day this week, until SUNDAY, hug yourself once a day while looking in the mirror and tell you that you love you. Look at you and tell you that you love you. Get up once and hour and shake the shit off. Like duck does down his back or dog with wet coat. And get outside and walk whenever you can. Even for five minutes. Breathe air. See sunshine. SKY GAZE and focus your attention on the limitless of same. Just those simple things will deliver a one/two to old eclipsey head that will knock it into Friday…..oh…….wait……..XOE
