Many times in midlife, women are productive in careers, and children are more settled. There may be extra time for yourself, family, and friends. There may be some menopausal symptoms that aren't as positive, but your doctor can provide treatment options to handle the issues. Try to stay positive about all that life has to offer in the next phase of your life - travel, friends, new opportunities, and plenty of activities.
