Skills such as various forms of visualization and meditation have been shown to pay great dividends with pre-competition jitters, acute performance anxiety, and physical performance. Meditation, or any form of visualization, is a skill that requires consistent and repetitive practice. It is a good idea to practice these techniques prior to all training sessions and upcoming matches.
