What are symptoms of an overdose of acamprosate calcium?

The most common symptom of overdose of acamprosate is diarrhea.

Other symptoms may occur with long-term use of acamprosate. Call your doctor if you have more serious symptoms of possible overdose of acamprosate calcium, such as confusion, constipation, extreme thirst, loss of appetite, muscle weakness, restlessness, tiredness or upset stomach.
