What are the side effects of buprenorphine HCl and naloxone HCl?

The side effects of buprenorphine HCl and naloxone HCl may include: fatigue, flu-like symptoms, signs of a severe allergic reaction (hives, itching, difficulty breathing or swallowing, skin rash, and facial swelling), loss of energy or appetite, jaundice, abnormal bleeding or bruising, upset stomach and pain in the upper right portion of the stomach, slowed breathing. More common, but less serious, side effects include insomnia, headache, weakness, flushing, dizziness, vomiting, sweating, chills, constipation, and stomach pain. Call your doctor if any of your side effects persist or worsen.
