If you take tadalafil, you should avoid grapefruit juice.

If you have recently had a stroke, tadalafil can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you have low blood pressure, you should not take tadalafil.

If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, tadalafil may not be a good option for you.

If you have severe liver impairment, tadalafil can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you have hereditary degenerative retinal disorders, such as retinitis pigmentosa, tadalafil can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you use nitrite inhalants, tadalafil can lead to side effects and should be avoided.
