Are lymphomas life threatening?

Lymphomas could be life-threatening. As with any cancer, lymphomas can progress and spread to other parts of the body. Even if lymphoma is cured, it could recur, making a second round of treatment more difficult to achieve a positive outcome. However, lymphomas are generally very treatable over the long-term and can be cured.
