Many people use smoking tobacco as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, or depression. But in fact, smoking can make these feelings worse. In addition, if you have osteoarthritis, the toxins from smoking cigarettes can further damage joint tissues. Smoking can also lead to heart, lung, and dental problems. If you need help to quit smoking, talk to your doctor.
