What drugs interact with eszopicline (Lunesta)?

If you are using azelastine nasal spray, conivaptan, idelalisib, orphenadrine, paraldehyde, sodium oxybate, or thalidomide, eszopiclone can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you are taking a central nervous system depressant, rufinamide, or a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, eszopiclone may not be a good option for you.

If you take eszopiclone, you should avoid kava kava.
