Is hypogonadism serious?

Hypogonadism can have serious impacts on your life, but the condition is usually treatable and isn't life-threatening. Hypogonadism can cause symptoms like sexual development problems if it occurs in children going through puberty, and it can cause other physical and emotional changes if it develops in adults.
