How do the cells in our bodies work?

The human body is made up of millions of cells. The cells in our bodies have many different machines inside them that work non-stop to keep the body healthy and strong. One type of machine is called a lysosome, which is a tiny recycling machine inside our cells. Each lysosome contains many smaller machines called enzymes.
