Does mipomersen interact with any other medications?

Donna Hill Howes, RN
Family Practitioner

If you are taking lomitapide, mipomersen can lead to side effects and should be avoided.

If you are taking high doses of acetaminophen, mipomersen may not be a good option for you.

If you are taking amiodarone, isotretinoin, methotrexate, tamoxifen, or tetracycline, mipomersen may not be a good option for you.
