Do PCSK9 inhibitors have any side effects?

Side effects may include high blood pressure, dizziness, nose and throat inflammation, upper respiratory infections, flu-like symptoms, muscle or joint pain, urinary tract infections, vomiting, and diarrhea. Some people have had skin reactions at the site of the injection. Others have had serious allergic reactions.
