How do I manage primary high blood pressure on a daily basis?

Managing your primary high blood pressure on a daily basis means following the treatment plan prescribed by your doctor. More than likely that includes regular exercise and eating a healthy diet. It may mean giving up tobacco and cutting back on alcohol as well. On top of that, you may also need medication or a combination of medications.
