Is there a cure for conductive hearing loss?

Most cases of conductive hearing loss can be resolved through removal of the blockage or with surgery. If conductive hearing loss caused by infection leads to damage to the inner ear, though, hearing impairment may become permanent. In these cases, hearing aids can help improve your hearing, even if they can't bring it back completely.
