Can massage help my oral care or heart health?

There is little information about massage directly improving oral health. But we know that your overall health condition can affect your oral health. Because of this, some dentists have brought in massage therapists to be a part of their practice.

Massage is also thought to improve circulation in people with diabetes, and might have some benefits with general heart health. It can relieve pain, encourage blood flow, and improve feelings of well-being. Massage is usually very safe if done by a licensed massage therapist.
