Rehydrating your skin after exercising is simple: Drink fluids. Just about any beverage can rehydrate the skin and your other organs, but water is the best choice. Unlike many soft drinks, water contains no calories, so it won't offset any weight-reducing benefits you gain from exercising. Drink water before you start your workout. If you exercise longer than 20 minutes, drinking water during your workout will help keep you hydrated.
