What are some foods that will keep my skin supple and smooth?

Guava was called “natural Botox” by a recent dermatologist guest on Dr. Oz’s show and is brimming with vitamin C. Get two cups a week for its benefits. Wheat germ has zinc, which helps with wound healing, and it’s also anti-inflammatory and great for acne too. Try to get a half a cup per day. Romaine lettuce has a significant amount of vitamin A, which helps with cell turnover and skin renewal. Six leaves daily will give you a recommended dose. Brazil nuts contain selenium, a trace mineral that helps to make glutathione, which helps with anti-aging. Just two nuts a day gets you what you need. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which when cooked with a bit of heart-healthy olive oil can help naturally protect your skin from the aging rays of the sun.
