What is a healthy granola parfait recipe?

This parfait recipe makes a delicious and healthy snack any time of day. Granola and pineapple combine with lemon or orange yogurt for a no-fuss tropical treat.

Granola Pineapple Parfait

Makes: 2 servings
Prep time: 10 mInutes

Ingredients:
2/3 cup low-fat plain granola
1 cup Dole Crushed Pineapple
1 (8 oz.) container nonfat or low-fat lemon or orange yogurt
Dash ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:
Spoon one-half granola in bottom of two parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Spoon half of the crushed pineapple over granola.

Stir together yogurt and cinnamon in small bowl. Spoon half of the yogurt over pineapple.

Sprinkle remaining granola over yogurt. Top with remaining yogurt and pineapple.
