What's a recipe for an easy dessert sauce?

Take a store-bought angel food cake, pound cake or ice cream to the next level with this pineapple and toasted pecan sauce.

Pineapple Toasted Pecan Sauce

Makes: 8 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2/3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel (optional)
2 cups Dole Fresh Frozen Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup toasted coconut

Directions:
Stir together orange juice, cornstarch, sugar, ginger and orange peel in saucepan. Stir in pineapple chunks. Cook until sauce begins to boil and thickens slightly. Stir in pecans and coconut. Serve over angel food cake, pound cake, or ice cream.
