What is a low-sugar coffee shake recipe?

Make this recipe extra easy by freezing coffee in ice-cube trays ahead of time; this cuts out your coffee brewing time.

Perky Blended Coffee Shake

Shake:
 
1 cup ice
½ cup cold coffee
2 tsp. heavy cream
1 scoop (30 grams) Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 packet Truvia

Whipped topping:
 
¼ cup cold whipping cream
1 packet Truvia
1 pinch cocoa powder
  1. For the shake: Combine all listed ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. For the whipped topping: Whip the cream with sweetener until soft peaks form.
  3. Pour the shake into a glass and top with whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder.
