What is a healthy recipe for a fruit shake?

Makes: 2 servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 extra-ripe, medium DOLE® Banana, peeled
  • 3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup DOLE Strawberries, rinsed and stems removed
Directions
  • Break banana into small pieces and put in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries.
  • Secure lid and blend until smooth.
  • Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately.
