What is a good Italian sub recipe?

4 Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Hot Dog Buns
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
8 slices mortadella
8 slices capicola
12 slices hard salami
8 slices provolone
2 Tbsp. sliced pepperoncinis
¼ cup sliced black olives
8 thin slices of tomato
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
4 tsp. red-wine vinegar
1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper or Lemon Pepper
  1. Separate the buns and spread mustard and mayonnaise on each half. Build sandwiches by layering the bottom bun with mortadella, capicola, salami, provolone, pepperoncinis, sliced olives, tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with seasoning; add the top bun and serve.
