Pineapple Cucumber Refresher

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 5 kale stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled

Directions:
Juice all ingredients together and pour into individual cups or jars. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Try not to store in plastic, glass is always better
