Corn on the Cob Recipe

Get the carbs, you need from this healthy and tasty side dish. Throw it on the grill and skip the butter if you're watching your waistline.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ear organic corn
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Dash sea salt

Preparation (Serves 1)
Clean ear of corn. Place in boiling water with butter and sea salt. Boil until bright yellow. Eat as a snack for fiber and high energy.
