How to stay healthy and motivated?

Staying healthy and motivated is probably one of the most hardest things people try to do.  For the most part people want to be healthy and achieve the goals they strive for.  However most people fall off the wagon very early in their quest.  There are many factors that play into this.  Your lifestyle, friends and family can be just a few reasons why you don't stay on track.  To stay on course of your goals find yourself around people who will support you in your efforts.  Make baby changes to your lifestyle.  While some people can cut out bad habits cold turkey some will need to gradually cut things out.  Set reasonable goals for yourself and once you get there set new ones.  Remember in your health there is no finish line.
