What are some healthy meals for dinner?

These dinners will keep your blood sugars balanced so you won’t feel sickly, stuffed or insanely famished:

  • Grilled fish (e.g., salmon, sole, sea bass or tilapia) or chicken
  • Three servings of veggies (asparagus, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, green beans, broccoli)
  • One cup brown rice or whole-wheat couscous
  • Sliced melon and berries
or a meal-sized salad with:
  • romaine lettuce,
  • grilled chicken,
  • cucumbers,
  • onions,
  • olives,
  • sunflower seeds,
  • tomatoes,
  • fat free feta cheese,
  • and a few raw nuts (of your choice),

tossed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
