What are some good sources of plant proteins?

Quinoa and legumes have impressive amounts of protein for plant foods. So do slow-roasted or dehydrated nuts and seeds. Vegans and vegetarians sometimes don't get enough protein in their meals. When that is the case, I recommend incorporating a non-soy, non-dairy plant-based protein powder, such as a pea-rice protein.
