Eggs contain quite a nutritional punch. One egg contains about 10 percent of your daily protein requirements and is also packed with vitamins A, D and B12, as well as lutein and zeaxanthin. Keep in mind though, one egg also contains186 milligrams of cholesterol and 5 grams of fat.
