Why can the scent of grapefruit oil help me eat less?

Dr. Mehmet Oz, MD
Cardiology (Cardiovascular Disease)

The cause? It's unclear, but it may work through grapefruit oil's effects on liver enzymes. Grapefruit oil is widely available through aromatherapy stores and web sites. As a bonus, try to eat a couple of grapefruits while you're searching.
