How long can the effects of post concussion syndrome last?

Symptoms and effects of Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS) may persist for days, weeks, months or even years following a concussion.
 
PCS symptoms may include: physical fatigue, dizziness/vertigo, nausea, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound, difficulty sleeping, excessive daytime sleeping or inability to fall asleep, personality changes, irritability, anxiety, depression and “Brain Fog” resulting in short-term memory loss, poor attention and concentration.
