What is a relaxed vagina?

Relaxed vagina refers to a condition in which the bladder, rectum and cervix or uterus descends or prolapses. In some cases, Kegel exercises can help remedy a relaxed vagina, but some women may need surgery to help repair a relaxed vagina. In this video, Elizabeth Poynor, MD, PhD, a gynecologist-oncologist in New York City, explains how it can affect sexual health.
