Who should not take Sanctura (trospium)?

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take Sanctura (trospium). Do not take Sanctura if you have glaucoma, ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, liver or kidney disease or difficulty passing urine. Do not take Sanctura if you are allergic to any of the drug's ingredients, unless you and your doctor have weighed the risks and benefits of the drug.

Keep Sanctura out of reach of children, as Sanctura's effects on children have not been studied.
