Who should not take Sanctura XR?

If you have a history of allergic reaction to Sanctura XR (tropsium) you should not take it. Talk to your doctor before you take Sanctura if you have narrow angle glaucoma, urinary retention or slow stomach emptying. Before taking Sanctura XR, talk to your doctor if you have a history or kidney or liver disease, constipation, stomach problems, enlarged prostate or myasthenia gravis. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take Sanctura XR unless necessary.
