Who should not take Gelnique?

Don't use Gelnique if you're allergic to any of its ingredients. Avoid the drug if you have difficulty urinating, decreased urination, a blockage in your stomach or intestines or untreated narrow angle glaucoma. People with gastroesophageal reflux disease, liver or kidney disease, a disorder of the intestines, obstruction of the bladder, severe constipation or myasthenia gravis should check with their doctors before taking Gelnique; they may need a dosage change. Pregnant women should discuss the risks with their doctor before starting this drug.
