What are DASH diet serving sizes?

Based on a 2000 calorie diet:

Grains 6-8 servings; vegetables 4-5 servings; fruits 4-5 servings; fat free or low fat milk 2-3 servings; lean meats, poultry and fish 6 ounces or less; nuts, seeds, and legumes 4-5 servings/week; fats and oils 2-3 servings; and sweets and added sugars 5 or less servings per week. Sweets and added sugars include sugar, jelly, and sweetened flavored beverages. The focus of this meal plan is to prevent high blood pressure.
