What kind of diet does Eat More, Weigh Less recommend?

The guidelines for the eat more, weigh less concept is to decrease caloric intake while maintaining adequate nutrients and increasing physical activity. The premise is you can eat more food if you choose lower calorie foods like low carbohydrate vegetables and lowering the fat and or increasing the amount of fiber rich ingredients like fruits and vegetables. Choose foods that a rich in nutrients instead of rich in calories like fruits, vegetables, lean protein,  whole grains and low fat dairy.
