Is the Eat More, Weigh Less program unique?

The Eat More, Weigh Less concept is part of many diet plans and has been incorporated in the USDA MyPlate recommendations which state to fill half your plate with vegetables. The CDC also has materials about this eating concept in addition to the book series called Volumetrics. The concept guidelines emphasize eating foods that are rich in nutrition but low in calories in order to eat more volume of food but your caloric intake will be reduced. It is a healthy guideline for eating which includes all food groups.
