What kind of side effects does Zegerid have?

Common side effects of Zegerid include: back and stomach pain, constipation, coughing, diarrhea and dizziness.

More serious side effects include: burning or tingling in the lips, tongue, hands, or feet, difficulty breathing or swallowing, hives, hoarseness, itching, muscle spasms, rash, seizures and swelling in the face, throat, tongue, lips, eyes, hands, feet, ankles or lower legs. If you have any of these symptoms, call 911 immediately.

Zegerid may cause other side effects. Tell your doctor about any unusual problems while taking this medication.
