What is the maximum daily dosage for VPRIV?

The dosage of VPRIV (velaglucerase alfa) you receive (once every two weeks) will be determined and administered by your doctor. They will determine the appropriate dose for each treatment by measuring 60 units of VPRIV for each kilogram of your body weight. You should not receive more than this amount at any appointment, and it will take no less than one hour to fully infuse. Your doctor may put you on a lower dosage, if he or she determines that this would be more beneficial to you. If you are concerned about your VPRIV dosage, discuss it with your doctor.
